1. Trying to pick the perfect price can be tricky especially if you do not know the market. This is why having an expert with you can come in handy. You may think your house is priced fairly but real estate agents know the market and can help find the right price that works for both the buyers and the sellers. Just know it isn’t personal, it’s the market.

2. If you still do not want to budge on your price try to step into the shoes of the buyer. Would you pay that price?
