Heidi is a native North Carolinian and long time Raleigh resident so she has the local knowledge to help you with your home buying or selling experience. She has a proven track record in the sales industry both as a financial planner and manager of various local real estate sales teams.
She is also a graduate from East Carolina University where she earned a degree in Sociology with a concentration in Law and Social Change. She is also a licensed Real Estate Agent and knowledgeable in every facet of the home buying and selling process. Her professional experience and attention to detail make her the perfect Transaction Coordinator. Heidi will put all the pieces in place to close your home as seamlessly and effortlessly as possible.
Her favorite part of her job is “Helping buyers and sellers through negotiations and giving them hope that everything will work out as it should. I love the hands on aspect of the job. It allows me to interact directly with the clients and ease any concerns they may have. Buying and selling is stressful, I love that we help to alleviate at least a small part of that for our clients just by being there for them.”
When Heidi is not coordinating successful closings, she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, entertaining, mountain biking with her husband and hanging out with her four-legged children, Lola and Waggy Mae. Heidi and her husband live Downtown Raleigh and enjoy all the City has to offer. From a cozy dinner at Café Luna to a night out with friends to enjoying the many parks in the Capitol City, Heidi has discovered that Raleigh has it all.
