Meet Brenda Simpson!
Brenda is a North Carolina native and has been in the Triangle since 1999. She has been selling real estate since 2003 and believes her years in the real estate market in Raleigh has prepared her to take excellent care of her clients with the team of Wilson Realty Group. Brenda takes pride in building relationships with her clients by taking their wants and needs to find their “perfect” home. She believes that specializing as a buyer agent allows her to concentrate all her efforts in becoming more knowledgeable in the field and gives her an advantage in knowledge of neighborhoods, homes, builders and market knowledge that is far greater than an agent that is dividing their time working with buyers, listing homes and prospecting for business. She worked on a team with Ashley Wilson, the owner, at Heritage Wake Forest and they won the Silver and Gold awards from National Home Builders for Sales Team of the Year in 2008 and 2009. In 2010, Brenda was the #7 in the Triangle in individual sales and in 2009, their team at Heritage was the #2 team in the Triangle.
Those awards weren’t the first for Brenda – her background is filled with years of experience and accolades. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from East Carolina University and was a Stay-at-Home Mom for a number of years. She then sold office equipment, and was the #1 sales person at her company for fifteen out of seventeen years! She has an extensive background in new construction so she can be immensely helpful in the building process. She will concentrate all her efforts on protecting and promoting her clients and will try to negotiate the best price possible on the home that they select. In addition to being a buyers specialist she spends her time with family – Brenda has two sons and three grandchildren.
