Our VERY OWN MaryLou Dingman set the tone as an intimate, yet FUN evening as the Master of Ceremonies for the Home Builders Association – Durham, Orange, and Chatham Counties Parade of Homes 2012 Banquet this week at The Sheraton in Chapel Hill, NC.
The 2012 Parade features homes ranging from $120K-1.4 Million and WOW they are fabulous! There are officially 8 categories with a “special” award for the 9th entry, an automatic win for the $1.4 Million Custom Home. There was high praise for all entries but the winning features included trim work, double porches, butlers pantries, outdoor fireplaces and water features, just to name a few!
Winners included both a mixture of national builders and custom builders – truly demonstrating that the national builder trend of not including custom level features is a thing of the past!
