In the November issue of Keller Williams Realty’s publication outfront, Ashley Wilson was recognized for the expansion of Wilson Realty Group. Founded in May, 2009, Wilson Realty Group began helping Buyers and Sellers in the Raleigh, NC area before expanding in early 2012. Originally from Concord, NC, Ashley decided to expand first into an area where she was familiar and had a great number of contacts. And that strategy has paid off! Armed with a large database, strong systems and great talent, Wilson Realty Group has been successful in the Charlotte area.
The success of Wilson Realty Group can be attributed to not only the focus on perfecting systems, but the focus on remaining learning-based as well. In addition to attending BOLD coaching sessions and Keller Williams’ Family Reunion classes, Agents and Staff attend weekly coaching and team meetings.
