Through the purchase of the new home, which went off very well & smooth ….. to the process of listing and selling our old home over a 4 month period, Chad was exceptional!! Through every challenge along the way from pricing, holidays, weather, offers, contract, home inspections, contractors, re-inspections, dealing with me …… & ALL of the other aggravations & hurdles that can occur …… all that you are well aware of, Chad was outstanding!! His contractor background and knowledge was invaluable. His demeanor and patience were excellent. His responsiveness was excellent. He seemed to go above and beyond (“out of his way”) to give personal interest and expertise to every issue that we had to deal with. He and Kellee have been a pleasure to work with …… & it all started with just “a chance & a glance” meeting in a gym!! It is not often at all that I get to share with someone this sort of praise for this sort of service. It is not common for me to share a note such as this …… but it is deserved. You should be very proud of this team in Fort Mill (and the closing group, Emily and Heidi, in Raleigh as well, as they were great too). Thank you!”
