Fun Fact to Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day!
Did you know… the original color associated with St. Patrick was… blue! It was actually referred to as “St. Patrick’s blue”. Green came from Ireland, “The Emerald Isle”, and the shamrock used by St. Patrick. Since shamrocks were plucked and worn on lapels in celebration of St. Patrick’s day, it then became custom to wear green.
