Real Estate Data indicate that sales are up in Wake County for July +22.6 percent to 1,226. New listings increased +9.8 percent to 1,684. Inventory levels shrank -32.9 percent to 5,872 units. The Median Sales Price increased to $218,825 with Wake County still averaging higher than most in our Multiple Listing Service (MLS), see the graph below. Most listings spend an average of 108 days on the market, a decrease of 14.8% from this time last year.
