Make that bathroom shine!
In continuing with our series on ways to Make Your Home Sell Faster, today we are focusing on the bathroom. Follow our tips below to make sure your bathroom is ready for buyers!
- Do not leave towels lying around. Instead, put them in the hamper or how about inside the washing machine?
- Wipe down the sinks and shower areas after each use.
- Re-caulk the tub if the caulk is not sparkling white. No one wants to see a dirty tub!
- Repair or replace broken tiles in the shower/tub.
- Replace shower curtains and keep them clean! This includes the liner which can be replaced very easily.
- Put out fresh towels and decorative soap.
- Place scented candles around the tub or on the vanity.
The bottom line is that your bathrooms should always be spotlessly clean! Think about what you like to see when you visit the spa or a hotel. Try to create that same clean, relaxing atmosphere in your bathrooms at home!
