“The Triangle is the perfect location, convenient to the beach and the mountains. And if you enjoy outdoor adventures, you don’t have to leave the Triangle! The parks and trails are great and provide fun for the family. Raleigh also offers excellent shopping and great restaurants!”

Pullen Park is great for kids who can enjoy the train and they have fun, family friendly Christmas activities. Along with Pullen Park, there are many other activities for kids, including Marble Museum, Green Acres and Hill Ridge Farms, just to name a few! The Triangle is also home to great College Sports and the location is perfect, central to the beach and mountains.”

“I have grown up in Raleigh and I don’t plan on leaving anytime soon. 🙂 I love the area because of the 4 seasons North Carolina has.  I look forward to the start of each new season and the longer seasons allow a great opportunity to exercise and run outdoors with all the parks and trails. Raleigh has wonderful award winning restaurants here that offer great food and an interesting selection of options. And there are a lot of local ACC schools to choose from for education and job opportunities. Plus, we’re 2 hours to the  mountains and 2 hours to the beach!”

“I love being close to the mountains and close to the beach.   We can camp at Hanging Rock in 1.5 hours or boogie board at Wrightsville in about the same amount of time!   Or now that I’ve discovered the lake, Lake Gaston is also…you guess it….1.5 hours max!
The other thing I noticed when I moved here 20 years ago, and it hasn’t changed that much, is that people let you out in traffic!    It’s true generally speaking.   And something so simple speaks to the beauty of our area and the community we live in!”
