1. First of two downtown firework shows beginning at 9:15 p.m., will be best seen from Fayetteville Street and will be launched from the parking lot in front of the Duke Energy Center for the Performing Arts.
2. Second show– Fireworks show will begin at 10:15pm near the Red Hat Amphitheater.
3. The Works!-Downtown Raleigh’s Fourth of July Extravaganza-All day event and free event. Hosted by RCC.
4. Brier Creek July 4th Fireworks Celebration–Brier Creek Commons 8p.m.
5. Chapel Hill Parks and Recreation Department is hosting their annual 4th of July celebration with fireworks and live entertainment-Kenan Memorial Stadium in Chapel Hill 7p.m.
6. Raleigh Downhill Mile, presented by Raleigh Running Outfitters-Women’s race begins at 8:30 a.m. and Men’s begins at 8:50 a.m.
7. SoTrendi Enterprises All White Access Party, hosted by 101.9 Kiss Fm at the Marriott Hotel near Crabtree Valley-begins at 9 p.m.
