Organization is Key!
Throughout our Series on ways to make your home sell faster we have focused on the outdoors and that “curb appeal”, the kitchen and bathrooms and now we are on to the Bedrooms. What are some things you can do to make sure your Bedrooms are ready for potential buyers? Read below to find out!
- Create a master suite effect in your decorating. Just like with the bathrooms, think of what you like to see when staying at a nice hotel and make this room feel luxurious!
- Depersonalize bedrooms and decorate in a neutral scheme. While you may love neon green on the walls, that color may not be for everyone… Just try to keep that in mind when prepping for potential buyers!
- Make sure the beds are made and linens are clean.
- Organize your closets, remove unnecessary items and put them in storage. You want to highlight the space and storage that you DO have, not showcase what might be lacking.
