It’s a great day for real estate! According to the National Association of Realtors, real estate sales in 2013 were the highest they’ve been in the past 6 years! For 2013 as a whole, there were 5.09M sales, 9.1% higher than 2012.
It was the strongest performance since 2006 when sales reached an unsustainably high 6.48 million at the close of the housing boom.

VA 30 Year Fixed – 4.25%
USDA 30 Year Fixed – 4.25%
