Abbington Community

Abbington is an Apex neighborhood consisting of two stages. The first and largest phase has single family homes, built around 1999, priced from $380k to $470k. The second, smaller and newer phase has homes built in 2008 and range from $500k to $650k. Construction for the first phase in Abbington began in 2000 and therefore all the properties are in prime shape right now. The earlier phases included Windsor Section and Hadley Sections. Stratford Section is the site for all the new constructions in Abbington.

Most of the properties in this area are available in the range of $400k to $700k. Situated almost right next to the Beaver Creek Commons shopping complex. This 750,000 sq ft shopping center is at just a stone throw distance from Abbington and is home to stores like Kohls, Border Books, Target, Circuit City, Lowes and Dicks Sporting Goods.

For all swimming enthusiasts and those looking to beat the heat there’s Abbington Swimming Pool and also Abbington Swim Team. There is a very well know swimming program known as The Abbington Alligators located within the town limits. Abbington also has a huge pond and two small retention ones in the latest section.
