NVR Inc. acquired 316 acres of land for $10.6 million that will be used to develop a new community called Jordan Pointe in Apex. Apex officials approved the single-family development for 440 residences in March 2014.
Some of the amenities that Jordan Pointe will offer its residents include a junior Olympic pool, a cabana, ball fields, gazebo and even beautiful walking trails!
Developers say that home sales for Jordan Pointe are expected to begin in late 2015 and that home prices and sizes will range broadly.
