After over a decade as an award winning teacher, Shanise recognized her passion for real estate and design and transitioned from educating kids to educating buyers and sellers on smart property investments.

Shanise has lived in the Raleigh area for over twenty-five years, so she is well-equipped to help her clients choose the best area to live based on their lifestyle and needs.

Shanise lives in Raleigh with her husband, three daughters, and two dogs – one mini poodle and one goldendoodle. She loves reading, live music, delicious food, and exploring all that Raleigh has to offer.
